Recent work
Every project starts with a genuine problem worth solving.
A community care team was running their entire operation — recipients, agencies, social workers, locations, and deliveries — off a single spreadsheet. Duplicated rows, no backups, no automation. Hours lost every day just keeping the data intact.
I rebuilt it as a proper web app: clean relational data, automated delivery scheduling, onboarding forms for new agencies and social workers, and a stats dashboard showing deliveries, recipients, and agency reach at a glance. They also gained a group events system with check-in.
The leadership team had no reliable way to track the health of their congregation over time. Attendance data lived in Planning Center but there was no way to slice it by location, age group, or discipleship stage — let alone spot trends.
I built a stats dashboard integrated with Planning Center that gives leaders a live view of congregation health: attendance by location, age group breakdowns, and progress through key milestones like Gateway, baptisms, and courses. Graphs surface patterns and trends that were previously invisible.
